Lost or Damaged Packages

 


If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  2. Email support@comicvault.shop if it still hasn’t turned up within 48 hours.

 


For damaged items, send clear photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll make it right through replacement, refund, or store credit, based on availability.
