Eligibility for Returns

 


We accept returns under the following conditions:

 

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received — unread, unaltered, and in original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or removal from protective bags/boards.

  • Non-Returnable Items: All clearance, mystery boxes, or “as-is” marked items are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

 


 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 


If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will request photos and order details to assist in resolving the issue quickly.


Depending on the case, we will either:

 

  • Offer a replacement (if available)

  • Provide store credit or a full refund

  • Issue a prepaid return label (for damage or fulfillment error)

 

 


 

 

How to Start a Return

 

 

  1. Email support@comicvault.shop with:

     

    • Your order number

    • The reason for the return

    • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

     

  2. Await confirmation and return instructions from our team.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 

 

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process after approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
