Payment Policy

At Comic Vault, we aim to make checkout secure, easy, and flexible. Below is an overview of the payment methods we accept and how we handle payment processing.

We accept the following forms of payment:

Apple Pay
Shop Pay
Google Pay

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or trusted third-party gateways. Comic Vault does not store or have access to your full payment information.


Payment Timing

Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully completed.


Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current state laws.


Order Verification

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, we may request additional verification before processing large or high-risk orders. This may include confirming your identity or payment method.


Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined:
Your order will not be processed.
You may need to try a different payment method.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method, or as store credit, depending on your preference. Please allow 3–5 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account.
